Everyone’s healing process is different due to reasons such as different skin type, how much your skin retains pigments and how you treat your brows after your service. There is absolutely no guarantee with healed results. For this reason, we are completely non-refundable.
If more than 15 mins, the appointment will be considered missed and your card on file will be charged. A mandatory non-refundable deposit will then be required to reschedule your appointment. Additional missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment requests.

Any cancellations or rebooking within 24 hours will charge your card on file.
