The purpose of the ombre technique is to fill in sparse eyebrows using a wireless tattoo pen that administers tiny dark dots in a gradient-like appearance and the look of fuller eyebrows. This service is great for those with sensitive skin.

Combination Brows are the ultimate all in one brow solution. Get perfect brows with both microblading and microshading for a polished look. A combination of the two most popular brow tattoo techniques that look attractive, yet natural, with a hint of powdery effect.

Eligibility

If you are experiencing any of these conditions, we cannot service you in cosmetic tattooing:

You cannot be pregnant or nursing
Individuals with a pacemaker or major heart problems are not eligible
Individuals with viral infections and/or diseases
Individuals with Lupus
Individuals with any kind of skin condition on or near the treatment area
Individuals prone to keloids
Using Accutane or Retinol within the past 6 months
Have gotten Botox or Fillers in the past 2 weeks
Individuals who have taken antibiotics in the last two weeks
individuals who require blood thinners must stop taking 24 hours prior to your appointment**

Saturation of serviced area
How long ago your brows were serviced
The amount of underlying scarring from previous permanent make up procedure

Preparation

Avoid plucking, waxing, and threading for a couple weeks leading up to your appointment

Stop the use of blood thinning medications 7 days prior to your appointment

Do not drink stimulating beverages such as caffeine, alcohol or energy drinks the night before or day of your treatment

No tanning for three days leading up to your appointment

Avoid any skin rejuvenation treatments for at least four weeks prior to appointment (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc)

Avoid Botox or Fillers for 4 weeks

Aftercare

Post eyebrow enhancement, your brows will be sensitive and may appear darker. It's normal for lymph fluid to seep out; dab it gently with a clean cloth for the first 24 hrs.

Post-Procedure Timeline:

Days 1-4: Pigment looks dark; this is temporary.

Days 5-7: Flaking occurs, the colour is still settling.

Days 8-12: Pigment may seem to fade; this is part of the process.

Days 14+: Brows may be patchy; colour re-emerges as healing continues.

Expect full results after 30 days. Touch-ups may be needed, especially if you've had previous brow work.

Working out for the first week.

Sun exposure and tanning.

Applying makeup near brows for 7 days.

Picking at brows, swimming, and hot saunas.

Dusty environments and excessive alcohol.

Open-air driving.

Touching brows, except when applying ointment.

How long does a cosmetic tattoo appointment take?

Each procedure can take up to 3 hours to complete, whether using microblading or powder brow technique. Touch up appointments only take maximum half the time, as we already have a trace of your ideal cosmetic tattoo.

Does PMU hurt?

It is a possibility for more intense pain than in other areas where there is more fat. For this reason, we use a strong numbing cream throughout your appointment.

Why can't I get permanent make up a day prior to an event?

It is not advised to get any cosmetic tattoo done right before any big events such as weddings, vacations, etc. This is because an initial appointment is done then the touch up appointment is highly recommended after 4-6 weeks to maximize your results. With this two step process, your brows will not truly be complete until about 8-10 weeks later.

What is a brow touch up and why is it essential?

Without a touch up appointment, the results will not be optimal. Colour will fade significantly within 4 weeks as the skin heals, peels and fades. The touch up corrects any irregularities after healing, colour tones and finishes your PMU journey. This appointment should be within 4-6 weeks to maximize results.

Any downtime after eyebrow treatment?

You do not have to hide from the world after your treatment! Your freshly bladed brows will appear darker before they get lighter, so prepare to see your brows 30% darker for the first week. Other than that, they will just be red and irritated immediately following treatment but that will go down within a few hours.
